I grew up in an 1800s farmhouse; I found the old structure fascinating. From an early age, I had a love of houses and what they meant to people.
When my in-law's home was ready to sell, I knew I had to be the one to do it. No way a stranger could tell the story of this home, connect with the rich history of the property, or get buyers to understand its true value.
Little did I know how 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 the “for sale by owner” experience would be.
I learned a lot that year!
The greatest thing I learned was the 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 of a Real Estate Agent. I handed over the responsibility as soon as I could.
But I couldn’t get the love of beautiful homes out of my head or heart. So in 2014, I left my corporate role and went full-time into real estate, and have never looked back.

I found myself consulting my husband, a contractor, on areas I wasn’t familiar with. His wealth of knowledge and nurturing way with clients made it clear we needed to join forces!
